Fresh off the back of recent pathway success having seen several Highlanders train and play with the first team in the British & Irish Cup, there is a buzzing energy within the Highlanders squad.

This recent foray into the higher echelons of the club has instilled a reinforced belief in the players, experience which they look to bring into this Saturday's home derby match against Blackheath.

Nine of the players having seized the opportunity and impressed well in the first team environment, other players in the Highlanders squad are now keen to showcase their talents in the hope of stepping up within the club.  This Saturday's game represents a chance for supporters to come and see the future stars of London Scottish, whilst also upholding the Corinthian spirit of amateur rugby.

With no first team action at home this weekend, why not head down to the Athletic Ground and give the Highlanders plenty of support.  Kick off is at 14:00 with all supporters invited to join both the Highlanders and the Extra Bs in The Hope pub, Richmond afterwards for a whole club social.
