But the standards that have been set on and off the field in the first half of the season must not be taken for granted if we are to continue to want to be a top side in this division. For me the memories have been filled with the travel. Notably first long distance day trip to Blaydon which saw one of the teams best performances. And the planes trains and automobiles experience to Hell Fire corner in Redruth. I must thank Colin and Buffy for the planning of the travel, and our strike force team Dean and Colin who always set the team up to succeed. This is always accompanied by the most unbelievable away support. To see and hear so many London Scottish supporters on our travels is an amazing boost for the team.
The weather certainly has hindered our One Club development. We managed to finally get a Core Skills club up and running and was really pleased to have over 15 club players attend.
We are still trying to do the first Elite Academy skills testing. With over 16 potential new recruits I am really looking forward to growing the Elite Academy in January. Weather permitting!!!!!!
