The quality of the opposition, not only the teams that came down from the Championship and who rightly have some points to prove, but the teams that were competing for promotion in this division last year. The physicality and speed of play at this level is a major work on for the squad as we are still a bit in National three south mode. It is this area that was highlighted especially in the games against Lille and Moseley. Games in which we learnt some huge lessons.
We are looking forward to all the challenges and the opportunity to travel and play against some new teams. I am excited by the recruitment and the dynamic of the squad being created.
