Captain's Corner
So we've now won 9 straight games but the changing room after the game still reeks of frustration. We all know we should be performing better. We are certainly creating the chances but we are not as clinical we've been in previous encounters;
Otley and Newbury were prime examples of that. It's far from doom and gloom though, every team in this league is capable of beating anyone on their day and the last two games could very easily have seen us on the losing side, but we have got a winning mentality and that counts for a lot in this league.

On the back of a really good team meeting Monday and an excellent training session mid week we are now ready to come out this afternoon and produce a strong performance against a very tough Tynedale outfit. We will continue to keep our focus firmly on promotion but in order to that we need to make sure we don't look beyond our next game and ensure our preparation is totally focussed on that fixture. December and January are always the hardest months in the season, but also the most crucial to the success of our campaign.

Today we welcome Tynedale who are without doubt one of the toughest teams in the league. They have been on good form of late and posted a big score on the weekend. We will need to produce a big performance today to beat them, and I'm confident we will.
