Simon has been with the club since 2003, and has been Team Manager to many of the Mini and Junior sides.
Upon accepting the role, he said: "I am honoured and delighted to take on this role and build on the good work that Doug Cowie has done over the years. Minis and Junior rugby are the future of this club, so it's crucial we offer them a solid platform to learn and play rugby for all abilities from U6's to U18's."
