Scotland v England otherwise better known as ‘Calcutta Cup’ is being held up at Murrayfield this year (RBS 6 Nations Series 2010). However London Scottish will be holding its annual hospitality in the members bar at the Club, screening both the Ireland v Wales game at 14:30 and then ‘the big one’ at 17:00. The members bar will be for exclusive use of the hospitality guests, which means no queueing at the bar and plenty of room round the screens!

If you wish to enjoy the game in the camaraderie of fellow club members and supporters that are not making the journey to ‘bonny scotland’ then come down to the Athletic Ground on the 13th March.

There will be a 3 x course meal on offer, with wine. As there is no rugby being played at the ground there will be a live feed of the score from London Scottish v Otley who will be playing on the same day away from the ground.

Tom Standfield was chosen as the Man of the Match at Otley in the Jock Meikle sponsored award. Iain Leitch explained that he chose Tom for his hard work in another very difficult away match in which London Scottish finished as narrow losers.

Otley threw the form book out of the window against London Scottish at Cross Green when the sides met in National League 1 yesterday afternoon, inflicting the visitors' fourth defeat of the season with the last kick of an exciting and absorbing match to win 35-34.
