LSFC Summer Rugby Camp A Success
The second London Scottish rugby camp was a great success; young players came along for three days of coaching by a host of top class professionals, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience for all.

Youngsters gained the opportunity to work on their technique and learn new skills and tactics with professional coaching by Brett Taylor (LSFC Director of Rugby) and Simon Amor (Defence coach) alongside the LSFC Community Coaches. On hand to offer tips on fitness and training were the LSFC conditioning coaches, ensuring players received the best advice in order to develop their skills whilst still having brilliant fun.

Players from LSFC who took the time out to offer their experience included Matt Heeks, William Lipp, Rory Demant and new player David Howlsey, receiving brilliant feedback from both the children and coaches alike.

Lee Rust, LSFC Club & Community Development Manager said: “The camp was a great experience for both youngsters and LSFC players involved, we wanted to make sure we not only offered top quality coaching but also a huge amount of fun! We don’t run a great deal of camps per year so when we do organize one we aim to have the best possible line up of coaches and give the players a first class experience”

The next eagerly awaited rugby camp will be October half term, so look out for details soon to follow. See www.londonscottish.com for further updates.
