Lee Rust comments, "We don't run a large number of camps per year so when we do we always ensure we have the best possible line up of coaches. We obviously want to ensure that camps are a huge amount of fun with game based enjoyment, but we also ensure they are centred around player development and not just a child care facility. The players worked with a variety of coaches over the 3 days, from the RFU, to our club community coaches, to the London Scottish 1st XV coaches (some of whom work with national teams), and even our conditioning coaches and physios. It's a recipe that we think gives the most to youngsters, no matter what level or age they are at. We've certainly had no complaints!"
Brett Taylor, Head Coach of London Scottish, adds, "London Scottish is built around a 'One Club' ethos - it's great to see guys like Soden and Volley turning out to pass their knowledge on to the next generation of players. As part of our ever growing community scheme, we are hoping to replicate the success of this camp in each of the school holidays."
Keep an eye out for our up and coming camp dates.
