Physiotherapy Graduate Internship

London Scottish Rugby club are looking to recruit two physiotherapy interns for the 2013/2014 season.

These unpaid positions will be an excellent opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team alongside experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists, a team physician and strength and conditioning coaches

The successful candidates will be responsible for the treatment and rehabilitation of professional rugby players, keep online medical records and communicate with the medical, s and c and club staff.

The weekday hours of work are negotiable though the physiotherapist interns will need to provide support on alternate (home and away) games over the weekends. To support their development a personal development plan will be provided alongside a regular review process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Compulsory:
• A physiotherapy degree
• CSP and HPC registered
• Good neuromusculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills

Desirable:
• A current first aid in sports certificate
• Experience of treating in a sporting environment (desirable)
