Esher scored the game’s opening try after three minutes when their fly-half picked up a deep throw from a lineout, offloaded to Esher’s No 8 who scored which was followed by a successful conversion making the opening gambit 7-0 to the visitors.
Another Eshertry followed ten minutes later, from their loaned Harlequins prop which was successfully converted resulting in 14-0.
Esher and the London Scottish FC fly-half James Brown traded penalties, where on the 38 minute mark the visitors moved ahead after a kick was charged down by their fly-half and a try was scored along with being converted.
Just before half-time Scottish claimed their first try of the match, from an attack in which the ball was first swung out to the right, then the left, full back Frankie Neale slotted into the move where he was held up just short of the line. A pass to Alex Karonias awarded him a touched down, making the half-time result 24-8 to the visitors.
Esher scored and converted ten minutes into the second half, moving their lead to 31-8. Just four minutes later, Scottish reduced the deficit when winger David Howells ran on to a kick affording him a try which was converted by James Brown. This left the score at 31-15 to the visitors.
As the game neared its conclusion, the visitors ran in a fifth try with a conversion which left the final score at 38-15.
This weekend, Scottish travel to Nuneaton, who lost 34-3 to Redruth on Saturday. London Scottish FC have already played Nuneaton this season, beating them with a score of 22-7.
