DRAWS: Prize draws shall take place quarterly in January, April, July and October. Prize-winners shall be notified by post and details placed on the Club web site and Facebook page.
PRIZES: There shall be two prizes drawn per quarter. First Prize £1,000:00, Second prize £250:00. A reserve number shall be drawn in the event the initial number drawn is found to be ineligible. Where the holder of the winning number is only paying half of the subscription rate he / she shall be awarded 50% of the relevant prize.
SUBSCRIBERS: In compliance with governing legislation, subscribers must be fully paid up members of London Scottish Football Club for the relevant season. Members should advise the 200 Club Convenor of any change of postal or electronic address or where they wish to rescind subscription to the Draw. Where a subscription is cancelled or rescinded that member's number shall be reallocated.
EXEMPTIONS: Life Members, Patrons and Class 'A' Investors in the club are exempt from payment of the rugby club membership.
DEFAULT: Subscribers who fail to renew their London Scottish FC club membership shall be sent a reminder letter or e-mail. Failure to renew a club subscription within 30 day of receipt of a reminder shall be deemed a default and the member's number shall be reallocated.
PRIVACY: Members details shall be retained on the 200 Club membership file and not disclosed to any third party.
